Delete your account

You can delete your ClubStatr account at any time, from inside the app. No email request is needed.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to ClubStatr.
2. Club owners and team managers: open Manager Desktop and choose Settings. Players: open Your account.
3. In the Delete my account section, select Delete my account.
4. Read what will be deleted, then confirm your password.
5. Select Permanently delete. Deletion happens immediately and you'll get a confirmation email.

What is permanently deleted

• The team manager’s name, phone number, vetting reference and login email address
• All player information for the team: adult players’ link to the team, underage players’ names, and parent/guardian names and phone numbers
• The team’s training sessions and attendance replies, announcements, player–manager messages, events, sponsors, league table, formations and voice notes
• Availability, swipes and invite links
• Your own login, along with your player profile, photos and notifications
• Any live subscription is cancelled

What is kept as a record

• The club name and crest
• The team’s sport, level and gender category
• The team’s home ground location
• Past fixtures and results

Player names on past stats and team sheets become “Former player”. Messages with other clubs stay in their conversation until they are deleted under our normal 12-month rule. If you want the club name, crest or ground location removed as well, email info@clubstatr.com and we’ll replace them with “Deleted club”.

Kept for legal reasons

• Billing records for 6 years
• Reports and moderation records for 2 years
